Wafaqi Mohtasib Launches Newsletters for Public Information

The office of the Wafaqi Mohtasib (Ombudsman) has launched a quarterly newsletter "Ombuds News' in English and Urdu. The newsletter provides useful information to the general public about the Ombudsman's services such as the agencies against whom the public can lodge complaints; how to file complaints; and public interest actions initiated by the Ombudsman.
